With more than a dozen branches in the region, our localized approach allows for an originator to focus on building their business while we handle the rest.
Kaylee started in the real estate industry in 2015 and became part of the Prime Family in 2019. Her official title might be Regional Production Coordinator but from marketing to sales support she's your go-to-girl when learning the ropes at PrimeLending.
Born and raised in Dallas, Kaylee loves to spoil her dog, Gracie, is an avid Jeopardy! fan, and is the Football Commissioner of the #PrimePickEm league.
Matt Eckard

With more than 23 years of mortgage leadership experience, Matt is a proven sales leader. Since joining PrimeLending in 2014, Matt has played an instrumental role in the growth of the Pacific Northwest region. He has demonstrated an impressive track record of recruiting and supporting Power Producers that embrace our "One Team, One Purpose" culture. Balancing excellence in results, while serving, innovating, and leading is where Matt thrives. He genuinely cares for his team and is committed to their continued success at PrimeLending.

I have 5 beautiful children and wife of 17 years. When I'm not reaching out to talented originators across the Pacific Northwest, you'll find me with my "Rod Squad" or "Table for 7"! We love taking walks, riding bikes, fishing, hiking, camping, or gathering with our church family and friends.
Life is a gift and I do my best giving it.

I have been in the mortgage industry for the last 30 years, and I am incredibly grateful the last 13 have been with PrimeLending.
As Regional Operations Manager in the Pacific Northwest region, I take to heart our "One Team, One Purpose" ethos with great passion. We truly have a cohesive network of support available, providing resources including, but not limited to technology, marketing, training, and loan level assistance. I truly believe we have the best team who are not only amazing in their respective roles, but who are selfless, encouraging, and supportive of each other, and everyone else.
In my down time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and dog, and relaxing at home with a great book or movie.
